Housekeeping Management Trainee
Housekeeper Management Trainee – Yosemite Basecamp
📍 Location: Onsite in Groveland, CA
💰 Compensation: $20/hour + Growth Opportunities After 1 Year
🕒 Job Type: 30-40 hours per week based on need
About Yosemite Basecamp
Yosemite Basecamp is a mission-driven lodging and gear hub designed for adventurers exploring Yosemite. We take pride in providing a clean, welcoming, and seamless guest experience, and we’re looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented Housekeeper Manager to help maintain our high standards and manage property.
What You'll Do
✔️ Open the store each morning and audit daily and weekly housekeeping and facilities needs.
✔️ Follow up with guests on property about any overnight needs and assist them to ensure they have a comfortable stay.
✔️Clean & prepare guest spaces to ensure rooms and common areas are spotless and ready for incoming guests.
✔️ Laundry & restock linens, towels, and guest essentials.
✔️ Assist with facilities and groundskeeping by watering flowers, manageing fire pit, collecting garbarge and sorting recycling.
✔️ Identify and report maintenance issues like repairs or safety concerns to management.
✔️ Recommend improvements and share ideas to enhance efficiency, cleanliness, and overall guest satisfaction.
